How To Cope With Back Pain

So many people, including myself, suffer from back pain.  It is one of the most annoying pains you can have.  I have included a short video for you to watch and will add advice that has helped me from my accupuncturist.  I do believe in Chinese medicine for back pain.  Some people swear by their Chiropractors, but I have found that the major insurance companies in the USA support both Chiropractors and Accupuncture now for back pain.

Having other natural products around your house can also help you to cope with back pain.  I know my number one enemies are the chairs I am forced to sit in day after day.  I am short and the chairs are not made for me.  This throws my back into pain after prolonged sitting.

I just missed 2 days of work due to my recurring back pain.  It is not fun at all.  I used a combination of a visit to my accupuncturist.  drinking more water with 02 proformace in it, stretching exercises, and Shu Li detox foot pads, along with NuReleaf, lots of rest.
